Warhawk Gameday

ULM (7-4, 5-2) snapped a two game losing streak last week against North
Texas, but now shift their focus to snapping a current two game losing
streak to FIU. The Panthers of FIU are departing the Sun Belt
Conference for CUSA after this game, and looking to play spoiler one last
time. 2012 has not been kind to the departing FIU, as they have fallen
from a bowl team a year ago, to their current 3-8, 2-5 mark, after beating
rival FAU last week in the annual Shula Bowl.
What to watch for:
1+ - Senior Brent Leonard needs one TD reception to move into the top
five in ULM's all-time scoring receptions. Leonard currently has 16,
and could move as high as third by season's end with 19+.
Browning 180 - Quarterback Kolton Browning needs 181 yards to take over
sole possession of second place on the ULM career passing yards, surpassing
John Holman (1979-82)
1 more time - In the short eight game series, the Warhawks have dropped
just one game at FIU, 2OT - 42-35 - 2010.
None - FIU is 0-5 when rushing for less than 150 yards
Nothing late - The Panthers are 0-6 when trailing after three quarters
Spread:
Odds makers have the Warhawks 4 point favorites in their final regular season game of
2012.

With FIU joining CUSA next season, they have worn DW stickers on
their helmets all season in honor of injured Tulane safety Devon Walker
ULM leads the all-time series 5-3
There's only been one shutout in the series, ULM won in 2006 35-0.
